James Jimmy Moore has a long history of work experience. James Jimmy began their career in 1989 at QMS, Inc as a Customer Service Engineer, where they worked in product assembly, production repair, and refurbishment, and specialized in several high-end models. In 2000, they moved to Minolta-QMS as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. In 2005, they began working for Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. in the same role. In 2012, they joined Rayco Supply Inc as a Structured Cabling Tech, where they provided service and support of network hardware, installed network infrastructure, and maintained surveillance equipment. In 2018, they began working for BIS Office Systems as a Service Manager and Copier Service Technician.

James Jimmy Moore has a diverse educational background. From 1983 to 1987, they attended Satsuma High School and then went on to pursue an Associates degree in Advanced Electronics Technology from Southeast College of Technology from 1987 to 1989. James Jimmy has also obtained several certifications, including a Fiery Certified Cutsheet Professional 2022 from EFI in February 2022, a Fiery Certified Professional from EFI in November 2019, a CompTIA PDI in July 2013, and a PDI+ from CompTIA in July 2013.
