Dorit Kaplan has a long and varied work experience. Dorit began their career in 2005 as Instructional Technologies Manager for Bina LTD. In 2008, they became Product Line Manager for Time To Know, where they released and implemented a version of Content Authoring product that improved ROI by 25%, initiated a migration project of converting digital content from Flash to Html5, established a new product line, collaborated with 3rd party vendors, increased the usages of the system from 30% to 97% within the first 6 months, and designed and executed infrastructural features. Dorit then moved on to become Product Manager and Senior Product Manager for Cornerstone OnDemand from 2013 to 2021. In 2021, they became VP Product Management for BrandTotal, where they led the product strategy for a marketing intelligence platform, managed the product and data teams, and built teams and products from scratch. Currently, they are VP Product of Data Services for BIScience.
Dorit Kaplan has an education history that includes an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management (2018-2020), a Master in Social Science (M.A.) from Bar-Ilan University (2007-2009), and a Bachelor’s Degree from Michlalah-Jerusalem College (2002-2004). Her field of study for the M.A. was Educational Technology and Communications and for the Bachelor’s Degree it was Educational Communication and Technologies. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Leadership Process: Motivating Achievement (LPMA) from SSCA, Inc. in October 2019, and Certified Mediator - The Interdisciplinary Program in Conflict Resolution, Management and Negotiation from Bar-Ilan University in 2019.
