Rader's career also includes roles as a Senior IT Business Analyst, Service Desk Analyst at Mercyhealth Hospital, Networking Career Program Facilitator, Visiting and Adjunct Professor at various educational institutions, and Senior Service Consultant at Ricoh Business Systems. With a strong educational background, including a Master’s degree in Communications from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree from DeVry University, Rader possesses expertise in technology implementation, telephony cost reduction, data protection, and software optimization.
