Maryana Girnyak

Maryana Girnyak is an experienced professional in manufacturing operations and production management, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at BISCOTTI since August 2023. Prior to this role, Maryana was the Production Director at LIMO Ice-cream production from March 2019 to August 2023 and led production efforts at Nestlé's Світоч factory from August 2002 to March 2019, holding positions from Quality Assurance Manager to Head of Production. Earlier in Maryana's career, experience included roles as a Laboratory Doctor at Lviv's Emergency Hospital from June 1997 to March 2000. Maryana holds a Master's Degree in Biochemistry from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, completed in 1998.
