Siyana Sibson

Siyana Sibson is an experienced production and operations manager with a diverse background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Production Manager at Biscuiteers since October 2019, Siyana oversees the production process and manages a team of over 100 employees. Previously, Siyana held the role of General Manager for multiple sites at Patisserie Valerie and Baker & Spice from November 2015 to October 2019 and began as General Manager at Baker & Spice Maida Vale. Siyana also founded and directed SECRET GARDEN CUPCAKES LTD from April 2012 to October 2015. Earlier in Siyana’s career, general management experience was gained at Kout Food Group, overseeing several cafes in the MAISON Blanc chain and managing the flagship store in Hampstead. Siyana holds degrees in Business Economics from the University of Economics in Varna, Illustration and Design from Central St Martins College, and Multimedia Design from Lambert College London.
