Emma Barber has an extensive work experience. Emma began their career in 2012 as a Student Worker at the University of Dallas, where they were the Editor-in-Chief of The University News from May 2015 to May 2016. In 2014, they were an Intern at the US Small Business Administration's Office of International Trade. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at the U.S. House of Representatives as a Communications Director and Press Assistant. During this time, they wrote speeches, press releases, letters, newsletters, emails, social media posts, mass mailers and opinion pieces, and prepared talking points. Emma also coordinated events with staff from other members of Congress and committees. In 2016, Emma also worked as a Program Advisor at The Fund for American Studies, where they supervised a two-month summer program. Since 2019, Emma has been an Account Manager at Stripes Agency. In 2022, they will become the Social Media Marketing Director at Word on Fire Catholic Ministries.
