Tom Martin has had a successful career in customer relations and guest services. In 2020, they began working as the Director of Customer Relations for Word On Fire Catholic Ministries, where they are responsible for leading a team of Customer Relations managers and coordinators. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Head of Guest Services Department GSM for Topgolf, overseeing a team of 500 associates with a unified goal. During this time, they were also responsible for P&L health, managing labor, boosting revenue, and controlling expenses. Additionally, they served as the Training Manager, recruiting and building a positive culture at Topgolf. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as an Account Manager for Catholic Word, where they served small business owners, building relationships with bookstores and consulting with them to help grow their book sales.
Tom Martin attended Illinois State University from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a degree in Business Teacher Education in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
