Courtney Tarbutton

Courtney Tarbutton, M.A., currently serves as the Manager of Talent Development at Bisk, where responsibilities include conducting training needs analyses, collaborating on career framework initiatives, and overseeing organizational development programs. With extensive experience in training design and delivery, Courtney has held various roles within the company, such as Senior Talent Development Specialist and Talent Development Specialist. In addition, Courtney has contributed to the Florida Diversity Council as a Board Member for the Tampa Bay chapter. With a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida, strengths include leadership, strategic planning, and change management. Prior work experience includes customer service roles at Shula's America's Steak House and event management at Target Data Research.
