Christian Carmona

Christian Carmona has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Christian is currently the Head of Growth at Bit.Country & Metaverse.Network, where they take a leadership role and gathers feedback from the audience. Christian is also responsible for managing the Support Staff to ensure audience engagement. Prior to this, they worked at Unstoppable Domains as the Head of Community and Technical Support, overseeing hiring and onboarding for the Community team and managing and developing all team members. Christian also served as a Community Manager, responsible for assisting, educating, and supporting community members, with a focus on expanding to Spanish-speaking markets. Before joining Unstoppable Domains, Christian worked at Global Virtual Opportunities as a System Analyst and Jr. Web System Analyst, as well as a Customer Service Representative, where they provided support in various capacities, including documentation, ticket escalation, and billing support. Christian also served as a Service Desk Agent at Hemmersbach, providing service desk support in Spanish and English. Additionally, Christian has experience as an EHS Engineer at Grupo Tecnología y Servicios Integrales and as a General Operations Agent at Guanajuato International Airport.

Christian Carmona attended the National Aerospace University -'Kharkiv Aviation Institute' from 2014 to 2015, where they studied Russian Language in the Preparatory Department. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they pursued their Engineer's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering at Instituto Politécnico Nacional. Later, in 2013, they earned a Seminar's Degree in Automation Applied in Manufacturing Management from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, Christian Carmona obtained several certifications, including "Blockchain & Bitcoin 101," "DeFi 101," "DeFi 202," and "Ethereum 101" from Ivan on Tech Blockchain Academy in June 2020. Christian also completed the "YouTube Channel Growth" certification from Google in October 2019.
