Wido Potters

Wido Potters has extensive experience in the field of internet security and support, currently serving as Manager Support&Sales at BIT BV since August 2006. Active in various organizations, Wido holds positions such as Member of the Sector Council at Autoriteit online Terroristisch en Kinderpornografisch Materiaal since January 2024, and Board Member at SIDN Fonds since July 2023, advocating for internet safety and societal value. Wido is also the Chair of Het Nederlands Security Meldpunt since February 2022, Treasurer/Secretary for Stichting AbuseIO since May 2015, and a Member of the Technical Committee at the Vereniging van Registrars since March 2015. Previously a Board Member at Vereniging ISPConnect Nederland from January 2017 to January 2021, Wido's career began in support roles at KPN Internet and Interstedelijk Studenten Overleg. Wido’s educational background includes a degree from Wageningen University & Research, completed in 2005.
