Tyler Nassiri

Tyler Nassiri currently serves as the Manager of IT Operations at Bitbuy, having progressed from a Junior IT Specialist since September 2021. In this role, Tyler is responsible for managing Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Jamf MDM for Apple Devices, while also leading the IT Service Desk and overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Prior to this position, Tyler worked as a Service Technician at Canada Computers, where recognition was achieved as the Top Service Revenue by Location in 2019, and as an Archivist at the University of Toronto Scarborough, contributing to an archival project for the Arts, Culture and Media department. Tyler holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Studies from the University of Toronto.
