Denis Dodu

Denis Dodu has over 17 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Manager Services and Support at Bitdefender since February 2008, where responsibilities include recruitment, performance management, motivation and retention activities, individual development plans, and operational training and compensation. Prior experience as a Senior HR Generalist at Bitdefender involved similar HR functions. Denis also worked as an HR Specialist at Campofrio, focusing on recruitment and creating an intranet portal for the Romanian subsidiary, as well as participating in the “Reinforce values” project. Previous roles include Recruitment Specialist at Microsoft GTSC, providing support for the EMEA HR Team, and HR Assistant at SCOP Computers, handling recruitment, training organization, and documentation. Denis holds a degree from Titu Maiorescu University and graduated from Mihai Viteazul High School.
