Vu Phan Van is an experienced professional in the field of telecommunications and digital solutions, currently serving as Vice Director of the Corporate Center at Bitel Perú since March 2020, overseeing ICT solutions and B2B products. Previously, Vu held the position of Vice Chief of the Digital Business Department at Bitel, responsible for developing digital products. Prior roles include Vice Chief of the Manufacture Department at Viettel Business Solutions Corporation, where Vu led a mobile app team and focused on R&D for smart city and IoT initiatives, and Product Director at Viettel Telecom, directing product development for mobile and web applications. Early career experiences include R&D and application development roles at Viettel Software and Gameloft as a Java game developer. Vu Phan Van earned an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Danang University of Science and Technology between 2007 and 2012.
