Mônica Mercês

Mônica Mercês is an experienced professional with a strong background in economic consulting, market intelligence, and strategic planning. Currently serving as a member of the advisory board at Bites since January 2018, Mônica has a track record of advising major Brazilian and multinational companies on data-driven decision-making. Previous roles include serving as an advisor to the board and managing operational and administrative functions at Queiroz Galvão Desenvolvimento Imobiliário S.A. from 2010 to 2018, where Mônica contributed to strategic planning and compliance initiatives. Mônica also has significant experience as a senior consultant at IEL/SC and as an economic advisor at the Sindicato da Indústria da Construção Civil in Pernambuco, where Mônica launched research initiatives in the real estate sector. Mônica holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Real Estate Business from FGV and a master's in company management from ISCTE.
