Ian Lundie

Ian Lundie is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in customer service, technical support, and photography. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Bitly since October 2021, Ian previously held roles at CyberSource/Visa as a Technical Support Engineer, providing global tier 2/3 support for e-commerce merchants. Ian has also contributed as a Professional Mural Festival Photographer for POW!WOW! Worldwide since November 2013, capturing events in various locations, including Hawaii and Guam. Other notable positions include Technical Support and Customer Service at Bay Photo, Production Coordinator at SmartShoot, and Application Test Technician at Snap-On Diagnostics. Ian holds a B.A. Degree in Communications Studies from San Jose State University.
