Alicia Davidson

Alicia Davidson is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of People at BitMEX since January 2022, Alicia previously held positions including Senior HR Business Partner at OMERS from July 2016 to December 2021, and Regional HR Business Partner for Asia Pacific in Investments within the same organization. Prior to that, Alicia worked at RBC Capital Markets from August 2009 to July 2016, where roles included HR Business Partner Associate and HR Associate focused on global talent deployment. Alicia's early career included a voluntary role as Director of Finance/Accounting Services for EROLT, a non-profit, and an internship at the Royal Bank of Canada. Alicia earned a Bachelor of Administrative Studies in Human Resources from York University in 2009.
