Gábor Szakács

Gábor Szakács has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Gábor started as a Junior Web Developer at Planimeter in 2006, followed by roles as a Teacher at Arany János Általános Iskola és Gimnázium from 2009 to 2011 and Zöld Kakas Líceum from 2011 to 2016. Gábor then worked as a Freelancer specializing in Full-Stack Web Development (Ruby on Rails) from 2006 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Supercharge Ltd as a Web Developer, where they led development projects, worked on frontend and backend technologies, and provided training to the engineers. Gábor also co-founded Newsflow in 2015 and served as a Co-Founder of the news aggregator mobile app. Currently, they are employed at Bitrise, where their roles have included Senior Backend Engineer, Staff Software Engineer, and Principal Software Engineer.

Gábor Szakács earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Teacher of Computer Science from Eötvös Loránd University, completing their studies from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Latin Language and Literature from the same university, graduating between 2003 and 2009.
