Arwa Kassim has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2006, they started their career as a Receptionist and Office Assistant at James Grant Media Group, where they handled various administrative tasks such as answering calls, managing diaries, booking travel, and typing correspondence.

Arwa then moved on to the UAE Embassy - Military Attaché Office in 2006, initially working as an Administrative Assistant and later as a PA to the Military Attaché. In these roles, they were responsible for managing the operations and logistics of technical training buildings and campuses, as well as diplomatic-owned properties. Arwa also handled duties such as assisting in office refurbishment projects, managing residential lettings, and renewing contracts for building insurances and office maintenance. Arwa also took on the role of a Public Relations Executive, handling public relations activities for the office.

From 2009 to 2010, Arwa Kassim worked as an Account Executive at the UAE Embassy - Military Attaché Office, where they managed accounts for UAE patients sponsored by the office and cleared outstanding payments to doctors, nursing companies, anesthetists, cargo companies, and pharmacy suppliers.

In 2020, they transitioned to the role of an Executive Assistant at EA support to Middle Eastern UHNWI, providing support in administrative tasks. Currently, they work as an Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO at Bits, where they continue to provide executive-level support.

Arwa further pursued their education at the University of the Arts London and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Culture & Media Studies from 2003 to 2005.
