Marina Marchenko is an experienced customer support and data research professional with a proven track record in lead generation and email marketing. Currently serving as a Customer Support Representative and Admin and Partnerships Assistant at Bits since September 2021, Marina actively participates in pre-sales activities, communicates with potential partners, and collaborates closely with Product and Business teams. Prior to this role, Marina worked as a Data Research Analyst at Brightest Minds from March 2019 to August 2021, where responsibilities included data research, communication with clients and partners, and managing CRM systems.
