Sarah Mahling has over five years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. In 2015, they began their career as a Projektkooordination Intern at the Universitätsklinikum Hamburg Eppendorf. In 2017, they became an HR Consultant at CareerTeam and in 2018, they were a Recruitment Consultant at Consider IT. In 2019, they worked as a Talent Relations & Acquisition Expert and Active Sourcing Manager at Tchibo. Currently, they are a Chapter Lead Tech Recruiting and Senior Tech Recruiting Specialist at bits&birds.

Sarah Mahling attended Fachhochschule Westküste - Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Technik Heide from 2015 to 2018, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Psychology.
