Marx Stevendale

Marx Stevendale has a diverse work experience starting from 2016. In 2016, they worked as an Insurance Agent for Pioneer Insurance until October 2017. From March 2018 to February 2019, they were a Customer Care Expert at Teleperformance. In May 2021, Marx joined TereTere as a Volunteer Moderator and Content Writer, where they worked until August 2021. Currently, they are working as a Customer Support Specialist at Bitsgap, starting from September 2021.

Marx Stevendale pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at the University of the People from 2019 to 2023. In addition to their formal education, they obtained various certifications in different fields. In 2022, Marx obtained certifications in Customer Service Fundamentals from Knowledge Accelerators and IBM New Collar: Customer Engagement Specialist from IBM. In 2021, they acquired certifications in Blockchain Basics from the University at Buffalo, Enterprise Blockchain Professional from 101 Blockchains, Technical Support Fundamentals from Google, Become a Conversational Support Expert from Intercom, Customer Services from ELC eLearning College, and NUTR105x: Nutrition and Cancer from Wageningen University & Research. In 2020, they obtained the certification Teach English Now! Foundational Principles from Arizona State University. Marx Stevendale also obtained a certification in Delivering a world-class customer support experience from Intercom in 2021.
