Divit Chopra is a Full-Stack Engineering and Machine Learning Intern at MOHARA since June 2024 and the Founder and Project Manager of PCS FoodWatch, an ML-powered software that predicts food scarcity. Divit has led a 15-member team, successfully constructed a neural network for food classification, and developed real-time API data pipelines. Additionally, Divit is a Machine Learning Intern at MyMagic AI, benchmarking California homelessness policies. Recognized as a RISE Global Winner, Divit received a $500,000 scholarship for higher education and founded Project Ummeed to address rural electrification in India. Divit has held leadership roles as Director General of SHISMUN and Head Boy at Scottish High International School, achieving significant accomplishments in Model United Nations. Divit is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley.
