Michael Okoye

Michael Okoye is a Senior Software Engineer at Bitso since June 2021, specializing in the development of public-facing APIs for Zero Knowledge Proof integration and optimizing service latency. Previously, at Nomba, Michael designed automated systems for transaction processing and merchant settlements, enhancing efficiency and increasing revenue. Earlier experience at Seamfix Nigeria Limited involved transforming a monolithic data ingestion service into a microservices architecture. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bowen University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology, expected to graduate in June 2027.
