Matic Škufca

Matic Škufca has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Matic began their career in 2010 and 2011 with military training in the Slovenian Armed Forces. From 2012 to 2016, they worked with Društvo novomeških študentov, where they held multiple roles, including Lead Project Coordinator and Member of the Management Board, participating in decision-making and project activities.

In 2014, Škufca worked as a Councillor of the Association at Zveza ŠKIS, representing the interests of a local association on a national level. Matic also gained experience as a Project & Event Manager at Zveza Skis from 2009 to 2016, where they were responsible for strategy planning, team leadership, financial planning, and collaboration with various stakeholders.

In 2016, Škufca worked as a Sales Manager at Renault Nissan Slovenija d.o.o., focusing on B2B relationships and administrative tasks. Matic then transitioned to VARMED in 2017, where they worked as a Project Manager and Assistant to Director, managing marketing strategies and security plans.

From 2018 to the present, Škufca has been with HELLA, starting as an Outsourced Manufacturing Project Manager, responsible for the development and implementation of a new business model. Matic then transitioned to a role as a Program Management Consultant, providing project management support and trainings focused on improving project management methods. Currently, they serve as an Interior Lighting Project Manager, overseeing the development of Ambient Lighting for Maserati vehicles.

Most recently, in 2022, Škufca joined Bitstamp as a Project Manager. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in project management, strategy planning, team leadership, and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Matic Škufca has a diverse education history. Matic obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Sciences starting in 2017.
