Cheyne Stepanski has a strong background in business analysis and administration, with a focus on Salesforce. They began their career at Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC, where they worked as a Client Service Associate, responsible for automating and producing marketing materials. They then moved to BNY Mellon as a Vice President, Marketing Communications Manager, managing the RFP process for the Financial Institution client base.
After that, Cheyne joined Mariner Investment Group, where they served as the Head Technical Writer and Investor Relations Associate. In this role, they were responsible for producing fund profiles and responding to RFPs and client requests. They also oversaw the system conversion from a legacy Q&A database to a new web-based platform.
Cheyne then transitioned to Town Residential, where they worked as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. They also had experience with custom objects/fields/apps and process automation.
After that, Cheyne joined Pzena, where they served as a Salesforce Administrator and Business Systems Analyst. In this role, they were dedicated to supporting the Sales and Marketing department's technology needs and were responsible for the administration and training of the Salesforce platform and other business systems.
Currently, Cheyne is working at Bitwise Asset Management as a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst. They are actively involved in transforming the Salesforce org into a streamlined system by unifying picklists, establishing data hygiene rules, creating custom objects, and hosting training sessions. They also maintain libraries of documentation and create training videos.
Cheyne Stepanski attended Texas A&M University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Studies. In 2000 to 2001, Cheyne participated in a non-degree study abroad experience at Université catholique de Lille, focusing on Médiation culturelle et communication. In 2011 to 2012, they joined New York University for a non-degree program, specifically the French to English Translation Program, which emphasized Language Interpretation and Translation.
In 2018, Cheyne pursued a Salesforce Administrator program called Trailhead by Salesforce, indicating a field of study related to Salesforce administration. Recently, in the year 2020, they attended General Assembly for a brief period, studying Data Analytics.
Additionally, Cheyne Stepanski acquired the DACFP Certificate in Blockchain and Digital Assets from the Digital Assets Council of Financial Professionals in August 2022.
