Ben Peine has been in the food industry for over a decade, beginning with their role as Executive Chef at Spasso in 2007. Ben then moved to Heidi's Restaurant as Chef de Cuisine in 2011, followed by a role as Executive Sous Chef at Marin Restaurant and Bar in 2013. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Surly Brewing Co. as both Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine. Ben is currently employed at BIX Produce as an Account Manager.
Ben Peine attended the Art Institute of Minnesota where they studied Culinary.
