Nicolas Doyle, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Bilingual User Experience Researcher at Bixal, where expertise contributes to creating data-driven customer experiences for Federal agencies. Prior to this role, Nicolas was the UX Research Lead at Hack for LA, driving usability testing and collaborating across multiple teams to align research with organizational goals. At Penn State University, significant research was conducted, resulting in over 20 studies that informed the development of language education tools and garnered multiple fellowships.
