Brett Obuljen

Brett Obuljen is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial analysis and strategic planning. Since October 2009, Brett has served as the Director of Financial Analysis at Bixby Capital Management, a subsidiary of Bixby Land Company. Prior to this role, Brett held the position of Senior Director of Strategic Planning at Irvine Company from August 1997 to September 2008, focusing on acquisition underwriting, development analysis, and valuation for a substantial portfolio. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Financial Analyst at McDonnell Douglas Realty Company and as an Associate at Landauer & Associates, Inc., where Brett specialized in appraisal report production. Brett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Finance and Financial Management from the University of Southern California between 1984 and 1989.
