Erinda Pajo

Erinda Pajo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2013, they worked as a Social Welfare Intern at the Social Welfare Office in the Municipality of Tirana. In 2014, they joined the Open Society Foundation for Albania as a Field Interviewer, conducting surveys for national projects. In 2015, they served as an International Relations Intern at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, processing professional information and preparing memos. Also in 2015, they worked as a Field Interviewer for the EUNACAL Institute, conducting surveys for health-related projects. In 2016, they took on the role of an Office Assistant at the Albanian Daily News. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at ALUFLOR, focusing on employee recruitment and problem resolution. Erinda then transitioned to become a Technical Recruiter at GeekSeatUSA in 2021, where they played a key role in employee engagement and recruitment. Most recently, they joined BizAway in 2023 as an International Recruiter.

Erinda Pajo pursued their education at the University of Tirana, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from 2010 to 2013. Erinda furthered their studies and earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Regional Studies from the same university, completing their program from 2013 to 2015.
