Raffaele Perini

Raffaele Perini has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Raffaele currently works as a Backend Engineer at BizAway since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at CompuGroup Medical Italia Group as a Software Engineer from June 2020 to January 2023. In this role, they were involved in the development of pharmacy management applications using various technologies such as Kotlin, Java, Javascript, and Typescript. Raffaele also worked on back-end technologies like NodeJs, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and Postgres, as well as front-end technologies like Angular and JavaFx.

Before joining CompuGroup Medical, Raffaele worked at TAIGER. Raffaele'sfirst role at TAIGER was as a Research and Development Engineer from October 2019 to March 2020. In this position, they collaborated on various R&D projects, both internal and externally funded, focused on Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision.

Prior to their role as an engineer at TAIGER, Raffaele worked as a Research and Development Intern at the same company from February 2019 to June 2019. During this internship, they worked on European and Spanish R&D projects related to Text Analytics and Natural Language Processing. Raffaele'sresponsibilities included the development of modules like Sentiment Analysis, Named Entity Recognition, and Optical Character Recognition using Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques.

Raffaele's work experience also includes an Android Developer Internship at Fondazione Bruno Kessler - FBK from December 2016 to March 2017. Raffaele assisted in implementing an Android application for a European project during this internship.

Raffaele Perini's education history includes a Master's degree - Second Year in Computer Science with a focus on EIT Software and Service Architecture, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, which they completed from 2018 to 2019.
