Jill Coniglio-Kirk

Jill Coniglio-Kirk is an accomplished HR executive currently serving as Chief People Officer at BizFleets, where the focus is on innovative fleet management solutions for various organizations. Previously, Jill held the position of Vice President People & Culture at Lordstown Motors Corporation, where responsibilities included strategic HR direction and employee engagement initiatives. Jill's extensive experience also includes roles as Vice President of Human Resources at Veoneer, Global Director of Human Resources at Autoliv Electronics, and Human Resources Director North America at Autoliv, among others. Jill began an HR department from scratch at an Autoliv start-up facility and holds a B.S. in Human Resources Management from King's College.
