Orkun Demir, MBA, ITIL, currently serves as Business Applications Manager at Bizim Toptan Satış Mağazaları, where responsibilities include managing a local IT team, overseeing IT strategy and budget, and leading numerous ambitious projects such as SAP S4Hana ERP migration and Salesforce CRM implementation.
