Andy Rich

Andy Rich has extensive work experience in sales and call center management roles. Andy most recently served as a Senior Inside Sales Manager at BizIQ, starting in December 2016. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Call Center Operations US at Cervont from June 2016 to November 2016. Before that, they worked as a Call Center Manager at Sunrun from February 2011 to February 2016. Andy also has experience as a Customer Service Center Manager at Healthesystems from February 2009 to August 2010. Andy held a Sales Management role at DHL Express from July 2008 to February 2009. Additionally, Andy worked as an Assistant Vice President Call Center Manager at Chubb Group of Insurance Companies from July 2005 to July 2008. Andy'scareer began at MCI, where they held various leadership positions from June 1986 to September 2005, primarily managing the Inbound operation for the Phoenix Call Center.

Andy Rich has a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance from Berklee College of Music and an Associate's degree in Music from Suffolk County Community College.
