Santiago Salas Romero serves as the CEO and Founder of Bizneo HR, a cloud-based HR Suite established in March 2013, which encompasses 11 software solutions designed to manage the entire employee lifecycle, from attraction to engagement. Prior to this role, Santiago held positions as Marketing Coordinator at P.C MAYSAN SL and as Marketing & Business Development at ENERGY WHALETAIL TURBINE S.L. Santiago's educational background includes a Corporate Finance degree from IE Business School and several master's degrees from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D., along with degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Additionally, a foundation in music was established at Conservatorio profesional de música “Marcos Redondo.”
