David Beatty

David Beatty is an Associate General Counsel at BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group, where responsibilities include assisting in resolving contractual and organizational issues and managing risk. Previously, David served as Senior Legal Counsel at the same firm and as an Associate at Zetlin & De Chiara LLP, representing architects, engineers, and contractors in construction litigation. David's prior roles also include Adjunct Assistant Professor at Hunter College, Construction Litigation Associate at Cullen and Dykman LLP, and Appellate Attorney at Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan LLP and Mauro Lilling Naparty LLP, where extensive experience in appellate advocacy was developed. David holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University at Buffalo.
