Jan Leenknegt

Jan Leenknegt is the current Director of BIM at Bjarke Ingels Group. Prior to their current position, Jan held positions as a Project Architect at SHoP Architects, an Architect and Urban Designer at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP, and an Architect and Urban Designer at Kobayashi Maki Design Workshop. Jan's experience also includes working as an Urban Designer and Architect at Studio Associato Bernardo Secchi Paola Viganò.

Jan has a wealth of experience in the field of architecture and design. Jan has worked on a variety of projects ranging from small-scale residential projects to large-scale commercial projects. Jan's experience and expertise have made him a valuable asset to the Bjarke Ingels Group.

Jan Leenknegt received a Master in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation and a Master of Science in Architectural Engineering from KU Leuven. Jan also holds a Bachelor in Architectural Engineering from KU Leuven.

Their manager is Sheela Maini Søgaard, Partner & CEO. They work with Jakob Lange - Partner, Ole Elkjær-Larsen Rasmussen - Partner, and Mads Reese Bjarrum - Deputy Director, Global Operations.
