Russell Hoffmann

Russell Hoffmann has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Russell worked at BJC HealthCare from 2014 to present as the Vice President of BJC Organizational Development & Culture, and previously as the Executive Director of BJC Institute for Learning & Development from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they worked at St. Louis Children's Hospital from 1997 to 2014, holding various roles including Director of Cultural Transformation from 2010 to 2014, Director of Department of Psychology from 2000 to 2010, and Assistant Director of Department of Psychology from 1997 to 2000.

Russell Hoffmann earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Florida, from 1993 to 1995.
