Steven Gebben

Steven Gebben has a strong background in total rewards and compensation & benefits. Steven most recently worked as the VP Total Rewards at BJC HealthCare and previously held the same position at Save-A-Lot, SS&C Technologies, and Eastman Chemical Company. Steven also served as the Principal Managing Partner at SCG Development Corporation. Earlier in their career, they held various roles in compensation & benefits at Sara Lee Baking Co and The Earthgrains Company. Overall, Steven has extensive experience in leading and transforming compensation and benefits functions in various organizations.

Steven Gebben obtained a Master of Public Administration degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the same institution. Steven also completed the Executive Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership.
