Nicole Shannon

Nicole Shannon is an experienced operations and human resources professional with a diverse background in project management and organizational support. Currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Operations Assistant at BK Plus since August 2022, Nicole has held various roles including Project Management Administrator at sk:n and Human Resources Advisor positions at both Birmingham City University and The Duke of Edinburgh's Award. Additionally, Nicole has experience as an HR Associate at Skanska and as a Human Resources Assistant at BHSF and DMA Media. Nicole holds a Level 3 Diploma in Human Resources Practice from CIPD and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from The University of Sheffield, along with a PRINCE2 certification in Project Management.
