Jessica Berglin

Jessica Berglin is an experienced marketing and structural design professional currently serving as a Marketing Coordinator and Structural Designer at BKBM Engineers since January 2019. In addition, Jessica is the Founder and CEO of Flicker & Fizz LLC, which specializes in unique candle and cocktail pairings. Prior to these roles, Jessica worked as an Architectural Historian and Historical Consultant at Hess Roise and Company, contributing to numerous National Register Nominations and managing Historic Tax Credits. Jessica's earlier experience includes community development planning at Matthew 25 Ministry Hub and research-focused positions at Ball State University and the National Park Service. Educational qualifications include a M.S. in Historic Preservation from Ball State University and a B.A. in Design, Architectural History, and Urban Studies from Iowa State University.
