Greg M. has extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Greg started their career at Bench as an Area Support Manager and later took on the role of People Project Manager. Greg then worked as a General Manager at Superdry before joining O2 (Telefónica UK) as an HR Planning, Services Delivery & Advisor. Greg then moved to New Look, where they held various positions, including Regional People Manager, Divisional People Partner, and Senior People Partner.

In 2017, Greg joined Sky Betting & Gaming as a People Experience Manager and later became the Head of People Experience and Head of Inclusion & Engagement. Following that, they worked as a Global Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Flutter Entertainment Plc, where they led the implementation of the DE&I Strategy and the Work Better Pillar of the Positive Impact Plan. Greg was responsible for introducing Peakon Include, Flutter's first DE&I measurement tool.

Greg's most recent role was as the Director of People Experience for Flutter UK & Ireland. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at BKL.
