Rich Templeton

Rich Templeton, PMP, LEED AP-BDC, has extensive experience in construction management, project estimation, and energy conservation, highlighted by roles across various companies since 2004. Currently serving as Estimator/Project Manager at BKM Construction LLC, Rich previously managed SABER projects for the US Air Force at Olgoonik Diversified Services LLC and oversaw JOC contracts for the Department of Public Works at Silver Lake Construction. Further experience includes ownership of ESCO Management LLC while managing large-scale energy conservation projects, site management at Bearclaw Construction, and senior project management roles encompassing ground-up constructions for major clients like Bank of America. Rich has also handled healthcare facility constructions for the US Army Corps of Engineers and tenant projects for CBRE and Johnson Controls, emphasizing compliance with environmental standards and certifications such as LEED. Rich holds a degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
