Carolina Berry is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and customer success. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and formerly a System Engineer at BKO Services, Inc. since November 2022, Carolina has accumulated extensive experience across various industries. Prior roles include Technical Consultant positions at Pimsoft and Matrikon International Inc., where responsibilities included deploying advanced alarming systems for the oil and gas sector and providing technical support.
