Juan Santamaria

Juan Santamaria is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in private equity and financial management. Currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of HWK TechInvestment since October 2024, Juan also holds key positions as Director on the boards of several companies including Onum, ADAION, Arexdata, and WatchGuard Technologies, among others. With a long-standing tenure at BKOOL and IBI, S.A. since 2009, Juan has cultivated a strong reputation in investment and business strategy. Academic credentials include a Private Equity Venture Capital Program from Harvard Business School and a Master in Financial Management from IE Business School, complemented by an Executive MBA.
