Andrew Foote

Andrew Foote, P.E. is a Senior Engineer II at BL Companies since April 2023, previously serving as a Traffic Engineer at WSP from April 2019 to April 2023 and as a Highway Design Engineer at Gannett Fleming from December 2012 to April 2019. Experience includes roles as a Highway Design Engineer at The LiRo Group and as an EIT at Hanover Engineering Associates, Inc.
