Brian Poe

Brian Poe has over 15 years of professional experience in the fields of intelligence and technology. From 2003 to 2009, they worked for the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command in various roles, including SIGINT Operations Officer and Director. In 2007, they served as the Corps SIGINT Advisor for MNC-I/XVIII Abn Corps. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Vice President of Operations for BTS, LLC, a company that provides mobile telecommunications technology solutions for U.S. Government and private sector customers. From 2012 to 2016, they were the Chief Operating Officer for HumanGeo, where they managed the company's growth from 20 employees and $3M in annual revenue to 125 employees and $24M in annual revenue in four years. In 2016, they became the Senior Director of the HumanGeo business unit at DigitalGlobe | Radiant. Later that year, they were promoted to Chief Operating Officer of The Radiant Group, where they were responsible for the day-to-day support of all Radiant operational activities. In 2017, they became the Senior Director of the HumanGeo business unit at Radiant Solutions, a $30M P&L center within the Radiant Solutions division of Maxar Technologies. Most recently, they have been working as a Small Business Consultant in the Northern Virginia/DC Metro Area since 2018, and as the COO for Black Cape since 2019.

Brian Poe obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in French from the United States Military Academy at West Point between 1986 and 1990. Brian then went on to obtain a Master of Arts (MA) in French Language and Literature from the University of Maryland between 1998 and 2000. Brian also holds a TS/SCI Clearance.
