Nick Dwyer

Nick Dwyer is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Black Cat Syndicate Limited since March 2024. Prior to this, Nick held the same position at Mandalay Resources Corporation from April 2015 to March 2024. Before joining Mandalay Resources Corporation, Nick worked as the Head of Accounting at African Minerals from July 2011 to April 2015. Nick also has experience as a Senior Group Financial Accountant at African Minerals. Additionally, Nick worked as an Accountant at RBS Global Transaction Services from January 2011 to June 2011. Nick obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Western Australia in 2007.
