Thomas Lanzetta has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Thomas is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Market Performance Group since April 2021. Prior to this, they were a founding team member at Black Crow AI starting from October 2020. In 2019, they founded TPL Performance where they provide mentor coaching services combining their financial and operational leadership experience with a positive mindset and wellness approach. From September 2019 to October 2020, they served as a Board Member at eMote Media. In 2018, they held multiple roles at Intent, including Chief Financial Officer and Board Member. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Chief Operating and Financial Officer at MNG Direct. Before that, they served as the Managing Director at Matomy USA from 2013 to 2015. Thomas also held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at MediaWhiz Holdings from 2006 to 2013. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Agency.com from 2004 to 2006 and as the VP Global Finance at Agency.com from 1998 to 2004.
