Rachel Duke

Rachel Duke is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the hospitality and culinary education sectors. Since May 2013, Rachel has served as the Owner and Managing Director of Black Diamond Lodge in Sainte Foy, where the focus is on marketing and developing a premier hotel, bar, and restaurant. Prior to this venture, Rachel acquired significant expertise as Managing Director and Owner of Inspired Gourmet Cookery School and Mountain Chefs Limited, providing culinary courses and training for aspiring chefs in the ski industry. Rachel also held various operational roles, including Operations Director at Opportunity Links and Operations Manager at HBS, following an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a BA from the University of St. Thomas.
