Steven Horne

Steven Horne is the Chief Executive Officer at Black Dome Services, LLC and a Founding Member at HMB Law Group, LLC. Steven also serves as Of Counsel at Hladik, Onorato & Federman, LLP, and as Principal at Alta Vista Advisors. Prior to their current roles, Steven held various leadership positions at companies such as Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, Fannie Mae, Sherman Financial Group, Ocwen Financial Corporation, and Resolution Trust Corporation. Steven obtained their JD from The George Washington University Law School and holds Bachelor's degrees in Economics and English from Emory University. Additionally, Steven participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of Oxford.
